Services Provided
Shower Style specializes in the design, supply, and installation of custom shower solutions and glass products.
Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Frameless glass showers
- Framed shower enclosures
- Toilet enclosures
- Glass partitioning
- Supply and installation of custom glass shower systems
We work with both supply-only and supply & installation projects, depending on client requirements.
Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on information supplied by the customer at the time of enquiry. If a client chooses to proceed, a site visit will be arranged for final measurements and confirmation.
Should measurements or layout requirements differ from the initial information provided, pricing may be adjusted accordingly.
Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
A 60% deposit is required to confirm and proceed with any order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Once glass has been ordered, cancellations are not possible. This is due to the manufacturing process, where glass is immediately processed and cut to the final technical specifications supplied.
As each product is custom-made, we do not offer refunds on completed or custom orders.
Toughened safety glass is manufactured specifically to order and cannot be altered or reused once processed.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information for initial quotations
- Ensuring site access for measurements and installation
- Confirming final design, layout, and hardware selections as per the approved quote
We recommend that the client or project manager is present on the day of installation to ensure smooth execution.
Timelines & Delays
Our standard lead time is 7–10 working days from the date final measurements are taken and the deposit has been received.
Delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including but not limited to load shedding, water supply interruptions, or manufacturing breakages. Any delays will be communicated to the client as soon as possible.
Warranty & Guarantee
We provide the following warranties:
- Hardware (hinges, clamps, and fittings): 1-year warranty
- Workmanship: 6-month guarantee
- Glass: No warranty applies due to the nature of toughened safety glass manufacturing
Risk, Damage & Liability
We take care to minimise risk during installation; however, we cannot be held responsible for tiles that may crack if insufficient adhesive was originally used during tiling. We use specialist drill bits and installation methods to reduce this risk.
It is the client’s responsibility to clearly identify the location of concealed water pipes or services prior to final measurement and installation.
Privacy & Data Protection
We collect client information such as name, contact details, address, and project measurements solely for the purpose of providing quotes, communication, and service delivery.
Client information is not shared with third parties unless required for service fulfilment (e.g. suppliers or logistics partners). We do not sell or distribute personal data.
Updates to Terms
Shower Style reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always apply to all active and future projects.
Custom Work Disclaimer
All glass products are custom-made and may vary slightly in shade, finish, or appearance due to manufacturing processes. Final installations may also vary slightly depending on site conditions, structural alignment, and space constraints.
